Curriculum

At Westborough we believe every student is entitled to a curriculum that is rich and varied, challenging, creative, inspiring and enterprising, enabling every individual to achieve his or her potential to the highest possible standard: so that all, for the benefit of all, are able to shape their destinies and create a better world.

The curriculum at Westborough High School lies at the core of school activity. We ensure that it meets the requirements of the national curriculum whilst providing more opportunities to develop personalised learning through differentiated pathways at KS4 within school and through collaboration with Kirklees Collegiate. We also strive to ensure that all students have the opportunity to take courses and activities that directly relate to our chosen specialisms of Business Enterprise and Arts.
