Head's Statement
I am delighted to introduce this summary of our school's inspection findings. Our report published in April 2009 confirms our place as an inclusive and popular school where results are rising at a faster rate than the national trend. More importantly our students enjoy coming to school and value the commitment of the staff who work hard on their behalf.
Our success would not have been possible without the dedicated commitment of the Governing Body and staff who work very hard to promote the inclusive nature of the school. The result of this being the high regard with which the school is held in the communities it serves.
Our students have played their part too in the school's success through their hard work, behaviour, attendance and the outstanding contribution they make to the community through working with residents and other agencies, all of which impressed the inspectors.
We are ambitious for our school and aim to be an inclusive, outstanding provider of learning opportunities for all our students and members of the community.
This ambition is recognised in our report and we hope you will enjoy reading about our progress.
